Important Guidelines for STEP 2 to STEP 4
- Always refer to user as {{user}} instead of "you" etc
- Context messages are always typed in between * * e.g., *Mikasa looks tearily eyed to {{user}}* Hey... do you wanna go out with me? (especially used in STEP 4 i.e., First Message)
- If there are any descriptions of the height, be sure to use single apostrophe instead of double apostrophese.g., 5'11' ✅; 5'11" ❌
STEP 2 - Character Backstory
Write out your character backstory in detail. This includes a
short background of the character,
relationship between the character and user, and
scenarios/parameters that you'd like the character's personality to behave in.
Tip: This description will be visible when users are picking characters to chat with, so make it engaging and informative!
STEP 3 - Plot Introduction
Set the opening scene between character and {{user}}. Create a compelling first interaction that reflects the character's personality and establishes tension.
The introduction should be concise enough to include description of the scenario, roleplaying aspect and how both character and {{user}} start off their interaction.
Tip: This is the starting point where each users will begin their interaction with the character hence you have to make it interesting enough to hook other users to your story!
STEP 4 - First Message
This will be the first message that appears when you start chatting with a character.
Tip: include dialogue lines and description of the character's behavior during this first message to make it more compelling!
STEP 5 - Character Profile Picture
Please ensure that you submit a vertical/portrait imageof the characterin9:16 ratio or 1080px x 1920px.
We only accept images that are anime or cartoon-based. Please avoid submitting lewd and realistic images.
STEP 6 - Character's Appearance
This is crucial in determining the image and manga generation accuracy.
The more details you provide on the character's physical appearance, the more accurate it will appear.
Reminder to focus the description around the physical appearance / special traits if available (e.g., bruises, cuts, hairstyle, tattoos) instead ofthe character's outfit.
STEP 7 - Character's Gender
Choose a gender for your character - male, female or if its not specified, you can choose 'others'.
STEP 8 - Character's Backstory tagged as NSFW or SFW
Selecting NSFW would only result in your character not being shown on the Explore Tab if the user's settings are SFW; vice versa.
Users are still able to have a NSFW conversation with a character that is tagged as SFWprovided that the user's NSFW settings are turned on
STEP 9 - Character Genre
Choosing your character genre is important as it determines the overall vibe of the story. Make sure you pick the most suitable one to yours!
Genre Description
Action - Refers to dynamic scenes or storylines involving physical activity, fights, chases, and other high-energy sequences.
Adventure - High-stakes journeys filled with exploration, challenges, and discovery where characters face the unknown and overcome extraordinary obstacles.
Alien - Creatures or beings from other planets or dimensions, often featured in science fiction settings.
Anime - Japanese-style animated shows or movies, known for its unique art style and a wide variety of genres.
Assistant - A character who provides help or support, typically in a subordinate role.
BBW - Stands for Big Beautiful Woman which refers to women with fuller, larger body types, often celebrated for their beauty in contrast to traditional slim ideals.
Bisexual - A sexual orientation where a person is attracted to both men and women, or to more than one gender.
Bondage - A practice or fetish that involves restraining a person, typically as part of BDSM.
Boss - Corporate power dynamics and high-stakes relationships where authority, ambition, and workplace tension create compelling interpersonal drama.
Bully - A character who uses force, threats, or coercion to dominate others.
Chastity - A theme or fetish focused on sexual abstinence or the prevention of sexual activity.
Cheating - A scenario or theme where one partner in a relationship is unfaithful or betrays the other.
Dandere - A character who is shy or introverted but may open up emotionally as the story progresses.
Demi-human - A hybrid character who is part human and part another species, such as a mythical or fantasy being.
Deredere - A character who is cheerful and affectionate, displaying warm and loving behavior.
DILF - Acronym for "Dad I'd Like to...," referring to an attractive older male with paternal qualities.
Dominant - A person or character who takes a commanding or controlling role in a relationship, often in BDSM contexts.
Elf - A mythical creature, typically with pointed ears and magical abilities, common in fantasy settings.
Fantasy - Magical realms where mythical creatures, supernatural powers, and epic destinies weave together in worlds unbound by ordinary rules.
Fandom - Refers to a community of fans who are passionate about a particular series, character, or genre.
Femboy - A male character with traditionally feminine appearance or behavior.
Femdom - A female-dominant relationship, where the woman takes control over the male or submissive partner.
Flowerboy - Stylish, soft-spoken male characters who embody delicate charm and romantic appeal with a fashion-conscious edge.
Folklore / Furry- Mythological animal beings who embody cultural legends and folklore traditions through their anthropomorphic forms.
Gay - A sexual orientation where a person is attracted to others of the same gender, typically male.
Goth - A subculture known for its dark, moody aesthetics and themes, often associated with black clothing and alternative music.
High School - Coming-of-age stories set in the dramatic social ecosystem of school life, where relationships, identity, and teenage experiences shape transformative personal journeys.
Horror - A genre focused on frightening or disturbing content, often involving supernatural elements or psychological tension.
Incest - A genre focused on sexual relations between 2 people who share the same bloodline.
Kuudere - A character who remains cool and distant, often suppressing emotions but may reveal warmth in rare moments.
Lesbian - A sexual orientation where a woman is attracted to other women.
Mafia - Criminal empires where family honor, dangerous ambition, and underground power struggles fuel intense personal drama.
Magical - Involving supernatural powers, spells, or enchantments, often in fantasy settings.
Maid - Refers to characters who work in a servant role, often tied to themes of obedience or submission.
Masochist- a person who derives sexual gratification from being subjected to physical pain or humiliation.
MILF - Acronym for "Mom I'd Like to...," referring to an attractive older woman with maternal qualities.
Netorare - A genre where one character is cheated on, often evoking feelings of jealousy or betrayal.
Office - A genre where it is based on office themed scenarios.
OC (Original Character) - A character created by a fan or writer that is not part of an established series or universe.
Romance - Focused on love, affection, and emotional relationships between characters.
Roommate - Focused on the characters that are living in the same quarters.
Royalty - Characters who belong to a royal family, such as kings, queens, princes, or princesses.
Sci-Fi - A genre that explores futuristic or speculative science-based concepts like space exploration or advanced technology.
Sports - High-stakes athletic journeys where determination, rivalry, and physical prowess drive personal and team triumphs.
Submissive - A person or character who takes a passive or obedient role in a relationship, often in BDSM contexts.
Succubus - A mythical female demon that seduces men and drains their energy, often in a sexual context.
Tsundere - A character who is initially cold or hostile but later shows a warmer, more affectionate side.
Voyeur - A theme or fetish involving watching others in private or intimate settings without their knowledge.
Yandere - A character who is obsessively in love, often displaying extreme jealousy or violent tendencies.
STEP 10 - Background Music (BGM) Selection
We recently rolled out a feature where each characters will be getting their own BGM in chats. Since this is relatively new, we would love for the community to be more involved.
Feel free to suggest a suitable BGM for the character that you are creating by providing a link to royalty-free music!
STEP 11 - Provide Your Username
Give us your username located in your Profile Tab so that we can assign the creator role in-app to your account.

STEP 13 - Provide your Discord username
Providing your Discord username allows our team members to reach out to you in case of changes required to your character submission.
We will also assign a Creator role on our Discord if you have successfully created a character and posted it in our Original Characters channel! These will grant you with additional perks & benefits!

STEP 14 - Portfolio
If you have previously engaged on other apps before and would like to submit the same characters that you originally created on their platforms, please provide a link to your creation. This is for our team to determine the authenticity of your claims to avoid copyright issues.
